Self Driven Training on Thurs

Dear all,

If you have the time, please follow the following workout on Thursday.

However, take caution in training and take care of yourselves. As I would not be there, I will only give you cardio workouts. The gym workout would be conducted in my presence.

Stretching
Comfortable jogging at Punggol Park for 20 mins
Striding X4
Plank (Front, Side, Back 1 min each)
