Self Training Session on Thurs

Dear all,

I noticed that some of you are really hoping to improve in your running. That is excellent. However, you must exercise caution in training. Thus, training sessions carried out without my supervision should be in moderation.

Here's the programme for Thursday:

Comfortable jog (20mins)
Drills: Striding X 4
Plank (Forward, Side, Back, Front) Each 1 minute.

Please note that I had decided to cancel the gym workout as I need to be there to supervise you.

Train well and rest well.
