Bring Watches.
How can an athlete be running a distance race without a watch? Please reflect on this.
Be Punctual
If you cannot be punctual for a race, you are likely to lose in the race. You will not have enough time to warm up.
Attend all training
I understand that training can be tough. But it is planned to be progressive. Even if you come down and attend the training, you have to complete it.
