Tips on improving running

Dear all,
sometimes we need more than leg muscles to improve on our running. It is the way we work out our core, arms and other essential muscles. Most importantly, we must view our body as a whole machine; one which function interdependently. Let me use the subject below as our example:



Most importantly, the mind is highest in ranking. Without positive thinking and optimism, we cannot go on. Don't give up. :)
